21 July 2008 - Assistance for web design company

The Business Finance Grant continues to be available to businesses in the ICT, Environmental Technology, Advanced Engineering, Creative or Arts Industries and Local Food and Drink sectors within the Forest of Dean. 

Blodnik Design Ltd have recently been awarded a grant to help them purchase hardware and creative software to ensure that they continue to expand their web design services, based in Parkend in the Forest of Dean. 

Simon Hall, Managing Director of Blodnik Design Ltd said "we met James Woodcock, Economic Development Officer for the Forest of Dean District Council, at the Cinderford Business Forum meeting.  James mentioned that we would be eligible for a grant as we were in the creative sector.

The web is constantly evolving and being able to offer the latest technology is very important. With the ever increasing number of people relying on the web to source companies and their services, it is becoming vital that every company has a web presence. The grant has enabled us to upgrade to the newest creative software, allowing us to provide our customers with up-to-date web solutions."
